First calls for proposals published under Creative Europe — opportunities for the Heritage sector

Creative Europe 2014-2020 Culture Sub-programme replaces the Culture Programme 2007-2013 as the EU Commission's main funding stream for the cultural and creative sectors.  The bulk of the funding is granted through the Cooperation Projects strand.  Organisations with a legal identity who are active in the cultural and creative sectors can apply in conjunction with partner organisations from eligible countries for project grants.  Eligible activities must intend to achieve the objectives and priorities set for the Culture sub-programme.   A minimum of three organisations from three different eligible countries are required under the Cooperation projects scheme and some match funding is required.  Full details can be found here.

Deadlines in 2014:  5th March 2014 and 2nd October 2014.

The Creative Europe Desk Ireland — Culture Office based in the Arts Council provides information, advice and assistance to organisations interested in finding out more about opportunities under the Creative Europe Culture sub-programme.
